Peraton is seeking a Network Operations Tier I Analyst to support CBP. This hybrid role is based in Orlando, FL (or nearby Ashburn, VA or Springfield, VA) and requires availability for shift work in a 24/7/365 NOC.
You will perform initial triage of events, monitor network services, assist with incident management, and document resolutions in incident tools while delivering polite customer service and collaborating with Tier 2 as needed.
