Technology Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, enhancement, and support of ERP, CRM, loyalty, and payment enterprise platforms
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical corporate and customer-facing systems
• Manage application upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts aligned with business priorities and IT governance
• Drive integration across ERP, CRM, Loyalty, OMS, and Digital Storefront systems
• Design API-first, event-driven, and cloud-optimized integrations with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams
• Lead modernization of legacy systems toward scalable, cloud-based platforms
• Lead, mentor, and grow IT professionals specializing in finance, payment, and commercial technologies
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives including migrations, process automation, and solution deployments
• Establish delivery frameworks for on-time, on-budget execution
• Oversee change management, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks
• Partner with Info Sec on privacy, access control, and system monitoring
• Develop and track KPIs, SLAs, and audit controls
• Manage vendor relationships and SLA performance
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Provide executive reporting on platform performance, project progress, and technology roadmaps

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in technology management or leadership roles
• Proven success overseeing enterprise applications across finance, CRM, or customer engagement ecosystems
• Expertise with ERP, CRM, and payment systems, including integrations across multiple enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Infinium AS400, SAGE, Corridor, Coupa, PAX, and Loyalty platforms
• Deep understanding of PCI-DSS, SOX, and data governance best practices
• Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiations, and IT budget oversight
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs involving finance, operations, and commercial stakeholders
• Familiarity with API‑first architectures, Azure integrations, and data‑driven decision platforms preferred
• Proven leadership and ability to influence across business and technology teams
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; able to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
• Adept at driving modernization, innovation, and process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders

Demonstrates expertise in overseeing enterprise applications, particularly in finance and CRM ecosystems, while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships to drive modernization and process improvement initiatives.
