Consulting Engagement Opportunity | Orlando, FL area
We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Team Lead to oversee daily IT support operations, prioritize and delegate service requests, resolve escalated issues, monitor SLAs, and support process improvements. The role also includes team leadership, quality assurance, technical troubleshooting, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have enterprise IT experience, 2+ years of customer service/QA experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience managing staff and projects.
