Description:
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) — Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is responsible for driving the successful adoption, communication, and behavioral change required to implement IAM capabilities across the enterprise. We ensure that identity transformations are understood, embraced, and effectively utilized by business and technical stakeholders, enabling secure access practices at scale without disrupting operations. Our mission is to shift IAM initiatives from purely technical deployments to fully adopted, business‑integrated capabilities—embedding clear communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and user readiness into every change.
We partner closely with security, engineering, and business teams to reduce resistance, accelerate adoption, and ensure IAM controls are not only deployed, but consistently used and sustained across the organization.
- Change Impact Assessment & Planning Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses for IAM initiatives and projects. Identify impacted audiences, business processes, risks, and readiness considerations across the organization. Lead organizational readiness assessments and recommend targeted interventions to improve adoption. Partner with project managers and product teams to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans.
Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans aligned to project objectives and timelines. - Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness Partner with business leaders, IAM product owners, and project teams to understand organizational impacts and adoption challenges. Build relationships with key stakeholders and change champions across business and technology functions. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and support decision‑making.
