• Focus on MRP Planning and related modules for Aerospace & Defense requirements

  HANA automation and innovation opportunities aligned with business processes
• Propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Use SAP S/4
  
  HANA new features and Fiori applications
• Collaborate on MRP Planning data migration discussions using foundational MDG knowledge
• Document design artifacts and technical realizations within the S/4
  
  HANA environment
• Customize out-of-the-box S/4
  
  HANA functionality to meet functional requirements
• Document requirements using toolsets such as Signavio and Focus Build
• Lead follow-up data discussions with process owners and stakeholders
• Align technical solutions with business needs
• Create and configure complex manufacturing scenarios
• Drive demand and scheduling from Network Activities
• Apply expertise in Demand Driven MRP, Material Coverage, and Capacity Leveling

• Proven experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA, with a focus on MRP Planning
• Proven experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry, with the use of Parameter Effectivity and Project-Based Segmentation of planning
• Familiarity with SAP PEO (Production Engineering and Operations)
• Familiarity with PMMO (Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization) / GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) and data migration processes
• Experience designing and supporting Production Order conversions for an Aerospace & Defense customer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Exposure to both Classic MRP and MRP Live, and advanced planning scenarios including multi-plant planning, constrained capacity, and order pegging
• Prior involvement in large-scale transformation programs, such as S/4
  
  HANA migrations and 1
  
  LMX-style initiatives, in a manufacturing context
