IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our client's team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY:$66-$70 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Project Management certification
- 7+ years overall in an IT capacity (exposure to applications, databases, networking, telecom/connectivity)
- 5+ years in a Project Manager role
- Experience leading small to medium application development or infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Familiarity with multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver all phases of complex projects (scope, schedule, risk)
- Lead multiple medium and occasional large internal IT and business projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks
- Develop and maintain project plans, adjusting methodologies as needed (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Execute cross-functionally from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals
- Communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular status updates
- Coordinate resources, manage issues, risks, and change control using PMO tools and processes
- Oversee project schedules, critical paths, deliverables, and quality standards
- Track and forecast project financials and resource utilization
- Facilitate project reviews, prepare executive updates, and support audit processes
