- Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources using diverse tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain standardized visualizations, dashboards, reports, and KPI outputs
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests by creating accurate and relevant reports or dashboards
- Synthesize analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Define and design Data Analytics tasks, including data requirements, outputs, success criteria, and timescales
- Build engaging and interactive visualizations using state-of-the-art methods
- Provide guidance on KPIs and best practices in reporting and analytical problem solving
- Provide technical support and training on analytical tools and methodologies
- Embed data analytics in product solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Data Analytics across Digital and the wider Data Analytics community
- 1-3+ years of Data Analytics experience
- Experience turning data into insight and recommendations for action
- Experience working across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
- Ability to extract information and identify linkages across disparate data sets
- Experience clearly communicating verbal and written insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- SQL skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik View, Tableau, or Power BI
- Understanding of Python or transferable coding languages
- Statistical experience and business knowledge
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a squad
- Recent graduates may be considered
Demonstrates expertise in Data Analytics, including the ability to analyze complex data, develop visualizations, and provide actionable insights. Proficient in SQL and BI tools, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and collaborative problem-solving.
