CRM Campaign Segmentation Analyst

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a CRM Campaign Segmentation Analyst to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL
. This is a hybrid (remote/onsite) contract position.

SALARY: $38/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Database Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years of CRM / audience segmentation experience
• Strong SQL or similar querying skills
• Experience with a CDP or campaign orchestration platform — Simon CDP preferred
• Hands-on experience building targeted audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, app, direct mail)
• Power BI or Tableau experience
• Strong QA and attention to detail with campaign files and data

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and deliver accurate audience files across multiple channels using the Simon CDP platform
• Create reports to support operational, strategic, and business initiatives
• Conduct QA testing on segments, flows, and output files to ensure accuracy and performance
• Build reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and investigate data issues
• Maintain campaign calendars and file deadlines
• Ensure all campaign data files are securely delivered and archived
• QA all data files for accuracy before delivery
