- Support implementation, optimization, and visualization of data and systems that drive positive health outcomes for children and families
- Support the smooth operation of grant-funded programs and internal workflows through data-driven insights and efficient system management
- Serve as the data custodian across all projects
- Work with teams and community partners to gather requirements, develop metrics, retrieve data, and ensure validity of results
- Contribute to projects and data requests from beginning to end
- Create dashboards, reports, business intelligence tools, and data analyses to measure processes and outcomes
- Present and communicate findings in an understandable, actionable manner tailored to audience needs
- Manage and resolve technical tickets related to internal tools and platforms
- Optimize SharePoint tools for collaboration, data collection, and workflow automation
- Develop and maintain project status information and documentation on projects and work products
- Develop and update logic models and process maps to document and improve program workflows
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of job-related experience required
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience with infographics
- Experience managing and resolving technical tickets related to internal tools and platforms
- Experience optimizing SharePoint tools for collaboration, data collection, and workflow automation
- Data analysis and data storytelling skills
- Ability to develop and update logic models and process maps
Demonstrates expertise in data visualization, analysis, and storytelling to drive health outcomes for children and families. Proficient in optimizing collaboration tools and managing technical support to enhance program workflows.
