SAP ABAP GTS Developer; Federal Aerospace & Defense

• Design, develop, and optimize custom ABAP programs, BAdIs, User Exits, and Adobe Forms within a secure SAP GTS environment
• Configure and customize SAP GTS for ITAR/EAR license management, Sanctioned Party List screening, and export/import controls
• Develop and maintain secure ALE/IDoc, RFC, and API interfaces connecting SAP GTS with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and external federal/military customs systems
• Ensure developments follow federal cybersecurity standards, data protection protocols, and defense-grade SDLCs
• Collaborate with trade compliance officers, defense program managers, and security teams to translate regulations into automated technical solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues, apply SAP security patches, and support system upgrades in classified or restricted environments

• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract constraints / active security clearance requirement indicated
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP GTS development experience
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, BAdIs, User Exits, IDocs, and RFCs
• Experience with SAP GTS version 11.0 or GTS edition for SAP HANA
• Aerospace & Defense or Federal contracting experience
• Understanding of ITAR, EAR, and JSF or similar military-program compliance
• Understanding of SAP GTS integration with SAP ERP/S/4
  
  HANA, particularly SD, MM, and PS modules
• Experience with secure cloud environments such as AWS Gov Cloud or Microsoft Azure Government is preferred
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Defense & Security is preferred
• SAP GTS Professional Certification is preferred
