Job Title: Net Suite ERP Administrator Department: Information Technology

We are seeking an Net Suite ERP Administrator who is a high impact Information technology leader with diverse industry experience. We are looking for someone who has strong experience around general ERP Administration, business process optimization, Application management and end user training.

This position will act as a liaison between the employee / customers and Management Level staff, ensuring alignment and effective delivery of new IT solutions within our technology initiatives.

This role is primarily focused on administering, supporting, and improving Net Suite, which drives finance, supply chain, inventory, and sales operations.

The ideal candidate has practical Net Suite administration experience, is building or has foundational Suite Script development skills, and understands how ERP systems connect to real-world operational workflows. This is a business-facing technical role with opportunities to expand into deeper ERP development and systems ownership.

• Administer and support the Net Suite ERP platform, including roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom records
• Assist in developing and maintaining Suite Script customizations and workflow automation (Suite Script 2.x preferred)
• Support integrations between Net Suite and third-party systems (e.g., EDI partners, shipping systems, CRM platforms, reporting/BI tools)
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, sales, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues involving transactions, data integrity, permissions, and process workflows
• Support reporting, analytics, and dashboards to improve operational and financial visibility
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of Net Suite enhancements and updates
• Help maintain system security, data accuracy, and overall platform performance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2-4 years of experience supporting or administering Net Suite ERP in a business environment
• Hands-on experience configuring Net Suite (roles, workflows, saved searches, permissions)
• Exposure to Suite Script development or strong interest in expanding Net Suite development skills
• Basic experience working with system integrations, APIs, or data exchanges
• Understanding of ERP-driven business processes such as purchasing, inventory management, sales orders, and finance
• Experience supporting Windows environments, including user management and endpoint support
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls, switching, wireless, VPNs)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in distribution, metals, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with inventory costing, warehouse operations, and purchasing workflows
• Net Suite certifications (Administrator, Suite Foundation, or Developer) or progress toward certification
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization platforms
• Experience working in a small-to-mid-size business environment with cross-functional responsibilities
