This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appraiser based in Orlando, FL. The Appraiser will conduct vehicle inspections, assess damage, and prepare accurate and detailed reports for insurance claim purposes. The role involves collaboration with customers, repair facilities, and insurance adjusters to ensure proper evaluation and resolution of claims. The Appraiser will also maintain detailed records, adhere to industry regulations, and provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspections, damage assessment, and appraisal methodologies
• Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and record-keeping
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly
• Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in appraisal software and relevant technology tools
• Certified Appraiser or related qualifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when required
