FNOL Representative

As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to individuals reporting motor vehicle accidents. This position requires compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills, particularly in handling sensitive situations. Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and process calls from individuals reporting losses incurred, including accidents, thefts, or other incidents related to motor vehicles.

Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards callers experiencing difficult situations, ensuring a supportive and understanding approach.

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Multi-task effectively, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure timely and accurate handling of FNOL claims

High school diploma or GED Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.

Strong ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain organization and attention to detail.

Eager to advance career with a reliable company and contribute to a growing organization.

Enjoy working collaboratively with a team as well as independently.high school diploma.

Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
