- Conduct personalized, needs-based health insurance consultations with individuals and families.
- Help first responders, retirees, public servants, veterans, and their families understand their health insurance options.
- Assess individual and family coverage needs, priorities, and budgets.
- Educate clients on available insurance solutions in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Present appropriate coverage options based on each client's individual circumstances.
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and required documentation.
- Follow up with clients throughout the application, underwriting, and enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through personalized communication and consistent follow-up.
- Engage in approved community outreach, networking, educational workshops, and events within first-responder communities.
- Develop professional relationships with first-responder organizations, departments, associations, and community groups.
- Participate in initiatives designed to educate first responders and their families about available insurance options.
- Manage leads, appointments, client information, follow-ups, and sales activity through CRM and other company systems.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about applicable insurance products, carrier requirements, regulations, and industry developments.
- Maintain compliance with Florida insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Frontline Family Coverage team to provide a high level of service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Represent Frontline Family Coverage professionally and uphold the company's commitment to serving those who serve.
Frontline Family Coverage is looking for individuals who have a genuine connection to the first-responder community and a passion for helping those who serve. Candidates may qualify through one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Current or retired first responder with an active Health Insurance license, including a Florida 2-15 Health & Life Agent license.
- Family member or relative of a first responder with an active Health Insurance license and a genuine passion for serving the first-responder community.
- Currently licensed Health Insurance agent or insurance writer with a strong passion for working with and supporting first responders and their families.
- Current or retired first responder who does not currently hold a Health Insurance license but is interested in obtaining their license and building a career in the insurance industry.
- Individuals with a deep-seated admiration and commitment to supporting the first-responder community and the families who stand behind them.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for helping individuals, families, and fellow first responders navigate their health insurance options.
- Willingness to learn, complete required licensing and carrier training, and grow within a specialized first-responder-focused insurance organization.
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone, text, email, video, and in person.
