Legal Assistant / Secretary opportunity in North Palm Beach County. Friendly, professional insurance defense firm has a rare opening for an experienced legal assistant/secretary with at least 3 years of experience in insurance defense.
Responsibilities- Preparing pleadings
- Filing through the e-portal
- Trial preparation
- Scheduling
- Medical reports
- Summaries of medical reports
- Retaining witnesses
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance defense. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a professional team environment.
CompensationPay is commensurate with experience: $60K to $65K.
