Job Overview

AmLaw 100 law firm recruiting an attorney for its Real Estate practice. The position can be based in Orlando or Tampa. Salary ranges from $260,000 to $350,000 per year.

• Provide counsel on commercial real estate and financing transactions involving mixed‑use, office, multi‑family, retail, hotel, resort properties, etc.
• Draft and negotiate real‑estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property‑management agreements.
• Offer expert advice on real‑estate development and joint‑venture transactions (experience preferred).
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders; write clear, concise correspondence and reports.

• JD from an ABA‑approved law school.
• Good standing and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional work ethic.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and high standards of professionalism.
• Experience in real‑estate finance and development transactions (preferred).
