- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
- Performance Bonuses:
Average $20,000 – $30,000 annually - Paid Time Off

- Active Florida Bar License (required)
- 1–3 years of experience as an attorney (immigration experience preferred)
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Hybrid position with required in‑person presence in Orlando, FL.
