• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
• Performance Bonuses:
  Average $20,000 – $30,000 annually

• Active Florida Bar License (required)
• 1–3 years of experience as an attorney (immigration experience preferred)
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Hybrid position with required in‑person presence in Orlando, FL.
