Join a dynamic and expanding legal team in Orlando, FL, as an Associate Attorney! We are looking for a motivated attorney with 1-3 years of construction defect experience to make an immediate impact. Your Role:

• Manage a diverse caseload, guiding cases through the litigation process from start to finish.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with clear guidance and updates.
• Stay on top of deadlines set by courts and clients.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
