Litigation Paralegal (Onsite | Full-Time)

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7.5‑hour workday + 1‑hour lunch

Our team is looking for a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with strong experience in State & Federal Court e‑filing and advanced E‑Discovery skills. • Supporting attorneys in all stages of litigation
• Conducting pre‑claim investigations and legal research
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and appellate filings
• Managing case files, deadlines, hearing dates, and litigation timelines
• Handling E‑Discovery, document reviews, and production
• Organizing evidence, exhibits, briefs, and other litigation materials
• Assisting with settlement documentation
• Communicating with clients, court staff, and internal teams

• ✔ 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• ✔ Strong experience with State & Federal e‑filing
• ✔ E‑Discovery expertise (required)
• ✔ Proficiency in Office 365, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro
• ✔ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• ✔ Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
• ✔ Positive and collaborative attitude
