Responsibilities

As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be tasked with a wide range of duties that will utilize and enhance your skills in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability.

Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state of Florida bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, manage multiple cases, and oversee legal assistants.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, judges, and other legal professionals.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving favorable settlements for clients.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
