A well-known, full-service firm with a strong presence across Florida, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Orlando office. This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant legal experience; prior work involving eminent domain matters is highly desirable. The position involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys.
Successful candidates will be highly detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate, polished work, including drafting and proofreading legal documents. The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain well-organized files, and handle federal and state court filings. The ideal applicant will work well in a collaborative environment, remain effective under tight deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
