Foreclosure Paralegal

Are you an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal looking for a stable, high‑volume practice where you can hit the ground running? One of our Orlando‑based clients—an established creditors’ rights law group representing banks and lenders—is expanding their team. This is a fully onsite position with a firm known for efficiency, teamwork, and strong internal operations.

You’ll manage foreclosure files from start to finish, including:

• Processing foreclosure referrals from initial intake through sale
• Drafting complaints, pleadings, notices, and related documents
• Filing documents with the court
• Ordering and reviewing title
• Preparing bid instructions, deeds, and billing
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate documentation
• Reviewing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery for litigated matters
• Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

• Extensive foreclosure experience required
• Judicial foreclosure background preferred (but non‑judicial experience still valuable)
• Ability to step into the workflow with little to no ramp‑up
• Quick‑learning, adaptable personality suited for a high‑volume practice
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Orlando
• $60K–$80k
