We’re looking for a Lien Resolution Analyst III
—a strategic, client‑focused professional ready to take ownership of complex lien matters and serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys across the country.
As a Lien Resolution Analyst III
, you’ll work on higher‑complexity lien portfolios and play a key role in driving outcomes that directly impact injured individuals. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who thrives in negotiation, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow within a mission‑driven organization.
This is a remote, full‑time position within our Legal Support Services team.
What You’ll Do- Manage and resolve complex healthcare liens—including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, TRICARE, and private plans—with balances up to $25,000
- Craft compelling legal arguments and negotiate directly with lien holders to maximize reductions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, guiding them through nuanced lien scenarios with confidence and clarity
- Accurately document case progress, strategy, and outcomes in Synergy’s proprietary platform
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements and innovation
- Consistently model and promote Synergy’s PRIDE values

- 3+ years of experience in lien resolution, legal services, or healthcare claims
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, writing, and strategic thinking skills
High emotional intelligence with a client‑first, solutions‑oriented mindset - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Bonus: Experience advocating on behalf of a lien holder or injury law firm
