Temp Experts is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with strong title, survey, and transaction experience. This role supports a high-volume, sophisticated real estate practice and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

• Prepare and review closing documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Assist with loan document preparation, including UCC filings.
• Coordinate closings: manage checklists, signature packages, communications, and settlement statement review.
• Order and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related exceptions; prepare objection letters and memoranda.
• Collect due diligence items such as zoning letters, UCC/judgment searches, entity documents, and estoppels.
• Review leases and prepare lease abstracts.
• Manage recording/filing of documents and assemble closing binders.

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (law firm, corporate, title, or related).

  Strong title and survey review skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and technical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
