Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office is seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. The associate will work closely with partners who represent a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real-estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other Fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes. Specifically, the associate will draft pleadings and motions and conduct legal research.

- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience
- Top academic credentials
- Excellent researcher and persuasive writer
- Organized and diligent
- Member of the Florida Bar
- Federal litigation experience
- Federal clerkship highly preferred
