• Safely operate company vehicle to transport goods to guest locations.
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Adhere to all property traffic laws and regulations to maintain safety.
• Carefully load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that items are secure and undamaged.
• Verify accuracy of deliveries by matching orders with invoices or delivery manifests.
• Coordinate with the Front of House (Culinary Concierge) and Culinary Teams for proper execution and service of deliveries.
• Ensure Quality and Food Standards follow State and Federal regulations.
• Coordinate with Security & Transportation teams to ensure safety procedures and training.
• Provide excellent guest service during deliveries, including friendly interaction and timely responses to inquiries.
• Handle guest concerns or questions professionally and promptly or elevate them to the Delivery Manager as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections; report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the Delivery Manager.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, including delivery times, order information, and any issues encountered during deliveries.
• Ensure all required paperwork, such as delivery receipts, is completed accurately and promptly.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including dress code and vehicle use policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• 2 years of hospitality and catering experience, and delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Strong punctuality and dependability.
• Familiar with route planning and mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment.
• Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Proficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.).

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
