Subcontract Management Senior

Position Overview

You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the ADSW Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for delivering high quality products on schedule through seamless supplier collaboration.

• Lead subcontractor selection and qualification processes.
• Manage contract negotiations and amendments.
• Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure schedule adherence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply‑chain efficiency.

• Working knowledge of acquisition policies
• Supplier management experience
• Secret Clearance
• Must be available to work on‑site more than two days per week

• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment skill – able to identify potential cost, schedule, and compliance impacts early.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
• Ability to work cross‑functionally
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi‑task several critical assignments
• Ability to work both independently and within a team structure

Must be a U.S. citizen and obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
