Description

You will be the Procurement Representative Asc. for the Advanced Threat Warning Systems program. Our team is responsible for procurement and supply‑chain management to ensure timely delivery of critical hardware.

As the Procurement Representative Asc., you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement activities supporting the Advanced Threat Warning Systems program.

• Manage status, expedite, and coordinate parts and hardware deliveries to meet program schedules.
• Forecast 120‑day delivery needs and develop proactive strategies to mitigate manufacturing impacts.
• Resolve supplier and engineering issues, ensuring compliance with quality and technical requirements.
• Prepare and present senior‑level briefings on shortages, delays, and recovery plans, including deck creation.
• Place purchase orders promptly and monitor expediting efforts to guarantee on‑time receipt.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to travel
