Coke Florida is looking for a Parts Expeditor based out of our Orlando location, working 7:00AM until 3:30PM, Monday‑Friday.

As a Coke Florida Parts Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate communication between the maintenance employees and the service parts warehouse order system, managing the order and control processes for parts inventories.

• The Parts Expeditor ensures accurate communication between maintenance employees and the service parts warehouse order system.
• The expeditor manages order and control processes for parts inventories.
• The expeditor is responsible for recommending changes in the min/max levels of parts inventories.
• The expeditor manages the completion of purchase orders with the employees they are assigned.
• Tracks and reports the accuracy and status of order fulfillment.
• Responsible for ordering, maintaining the min/max system in SAP, and transfers for service parts.
• Creates purchase orders for parts and places the orders.
• Communicates with manager/employees about parts issues.
• Assists A/P with invoice issues.
• Researches parts information for employees.
• Assists settlement with parts issues involved in activity settlement.
• Assists with the distribution of parts to employees.

• High School Diploma
• Some prior inventory experience
• Some prior experience managing budgets

• Previous experience in ordering/inventory parts is strongly preferred.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• SAP knowledge.
