Territory Manager

Overview of the Role and Company:
Royal Cup is a national coffee and tea company focused on sourcing, roasting, blending, and distributing high-quality products. This role supports servicing and expanding our existing customer base across multiple sectors, including offices, professional services, hospitality, healthcare, and higher education.

• Master all aspects of route operations including inventory practices, safe driving, and customer service.
• Achieve goals set by the manager for safety, inventory, schedule compliance, and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during the hiring process.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing and results-driven personality.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to operate office equipment.
• Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and interpreting correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Flexibility to work some nights and weekends; willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally for meetings or training.
• Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.

• 1-2 years of experience as a route delivery driver.
• Experience with in the food service environment.

• Ability to climb stairs or ramps at customer locations and in/out of trucks.
• Ability to sit and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to use hand tools and operate equipment controls.
• Ability to push or pull up to 250 lbs with a hand truck and lift up to 55 lbs; carry product up to 40 lbs.
