Supply Chain Team Leader

Position Summary

Supply Chain Team Leader – Full‑time position at Orlando Health.

• Coordinate facility supply chain operations in accordance with corporate and hospital policies.
• Generate inventory, management, and operational reports.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and critical success factors.
• Process system updates related to product additions and modifications.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee receiving, requisitioning, order processing, stocking, and distribution activities.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create employee schedules and coordinate routine team meetings.
• Round regularly with hospital departments to identify supply chain needs.
• Perform basic system troubleshooting and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource and support for Supply Chain Technicians and departmental staff.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of required experience.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for up to four (4) years of required experience.
• Six (6) years of experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory management, supply chain, or retail operations required.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, stocking, and supply management required.
• Leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
