What You’ll Do- Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment locations
- Execute daily inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems including Net Suite and Sku Vault
- Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction variances
- Support inbound receiving, put-away, and material staging processes
- Coordinate material transfers between production and fulfillment locations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment requirements
- Assist with kitting, BOM validation, and production material allocation
- Generate inventory reports and support KPI tracking
- Maintain organized warehouse locations, labeling, and traceability controls
- 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
- Manufacturing, electronics, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience preferred
Compensation $55,000 - $62,000 annually
