What

You'll Do Support Accurate Shipping and Receiving
  • Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading.
Maintain Asset Tracking and Documentation
  • Label and tag assets using RFID and barcode systems.
  • Track equipment movement through photos and documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to support inventory accuracy and accountability.
Coordinate Rental Logistics
  • Coordinate subrental and cross-rental activity with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor shipments and equipment movement to support timely deliveries and returns.
  • Help ensure rental logistics are executed accurately and efficiently.
Resolve Issues and Communicate Effectively
  • Communicate shipment status with stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
  • Prioritize tasks and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
Support Operational Success
  • Assist with warehouse logistics activities.
  • Support vehicle-based pickups and deliveries requiring non-CDL transportation.
  • Contribute to organized and efficient day-to-day operations.
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Experience with in the audiovisual or live event industry is a plus.
