Anthem Orlando is hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and polish of our LGBTQ+ nightlife venue. Whether you’re handling deep cleans after events or helping reset the space between nights, your work keeps Anthem looking stunning and running smoothly. This is a part-time, behind-the-scenes role that’s essential to the guest experience and our overall vibe.

At Anthem, we don’t just hire staff; we build a family that takes pride in creating magic for our community every night.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all guest areas including restrooms, bar floors, lounge areas, and entryways
• Mop, vacuum, sweep, and polish floors and surfaces as needed
• Take out trash and recycling and restock supplies like paper products and soap
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces throughout the venue
• Assist with deep cleaning of bar equipment and kitchen areas when required
• Notify management of any maintenance issues or supply shortages
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Help set or reset the space for the next shift or event when scheduled

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-focused
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Night owl energy is a plus

Shifts:

• Overnight or early morning shifts preferred
• May vary based on event schedule or deep cleaning needs
• Part-time to start, with potential for more hours
