Facilities Maintenance Coordinator @ Marriott's Ocean Pointe Resort
Description:
- Communicate & Coordinate with engineers and other departments
- Heavy phone and computer communication with departments
- Respond to efficiently and effectively to requests and resolve maintenance issues
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft programs
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability
- Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!
