EMG is a Florida-based property/facilities maintenance company. Our company seeks to provide environmentally friendly, high caliber property and facilities maintenance at a reasonable price. Candidates should have a proven track record of being reliable, honest and hard working.

• General grounds keeping. Trash pickup
• Emptying out trash cans
• Disposal of bulk trash
• Window cleaning
• Blowing sidewalks, Dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures
• Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report form

• Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required
• Adhere to safety at all times
• Attention to detail
• Must be reliable

• Must be able to work outside
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• Job Type: Full Time
• Salary: $12.00 /hour
