Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues (e.g., roof leaks, power outages) to management.
Responsibilities- Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) in accordance with company safety procedures, federal, state, and local laws (OSHA, state health departments).
- Wear personal protective equipment and empty waste receptacles and recycling bins.
- Dust, sweep, mop, strip, wax floors; clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and electronic devices (microwaves, windows, AC ducts, ceiling tiles).
- Identify and respond to additional cleaning needs.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy.
- Prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Build high‑performing teams, support diversity and inclusion, and foster a culture of belonging.
- Model Walmart values, maintain integrity, and act in a self‑less, transparent manner.
- Deliver results with a customer‑first focus, using data insights and business models to guide decisions.

- Custodial services or related field.
- Driving large trucks.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with retail or healthcare‑related custodial duties.
- Knowledge of OSHA and local health regulations.
- Proficiency with cleaning equipment and facilities management software.
