Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds under the direction of the Maintenance Director.

• Perform daily routine of general and preventive facilities maintenance and repair tasks.
• Execute tasks such as facility cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance of structures, equipment, sidewalks, and drainage.
• Operate light equipment and machinery (e.g., utility vehicle, pickup truck).
• Use manual, gas, and electric hand tools (e.g., hammer, shovel, wrench, chainsaw).
• Work under challenging conditions, including extreme heat or cold, fumes, chemicals.
• Respond to emergency situations to resolve hazardous conditions.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Assist with lifestyle and social events (set up/take down equipment, cleanup).

• Organized, efficient, self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to recognize acceptable quality and exercise good judgment.
• Strong communication skills with managers, residents, and peers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; solution‑oriented.
• Previous experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance.
