A fast‑growing, Atlanta‑based national multifamily property management company is hiring a Groundskeeper to support our community’s appearance and operations. The successful candidate will be career‑mindful, customer‑service focused, and enthusiastic about delivering a great experience for residents and guests.

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that maintain the community’s appearance and operational standards.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move‑in and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

• Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a strong aptitude to learn these skills.
• Professional appearance is a must.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward work and residents.
• Willingness to start interviews ASAP.
