Overview
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Sky House apartment community located in Orlando, FL. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve our apartment communities. You will work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements- Two or more years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience required.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
- Proof of car insurance and a valid driver's license.
