Training pay range: $16–$20/HR

Your responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, ensuring they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to build “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
- Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
- Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
- Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
- Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.
- Training pay range: $16–$20/HR

- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
