JOB SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS ¡Se Busca Personal de Limpieza de Pisos y Alfombras!

Horario: Lunes a Viernes y algunos Sábados, comenzando a las 6:00 PM

Ubicación: Orlando, FL

Salario: Entre $17 a $18 por hora

Responsabilidades

• Operar, controlar y mantener equipos de limpieza de alfombras, aspiradoras y pulidoras.
• Champú de alfombras, limpieza de pisos y cojines de muebles en unidades del resort según necesidad y plan de mantenimiento.
• Mover y reemplazar muebles para cumplir con los requerimientos de limpieza de pisos/alfombras.
• Mantener los pisos mediante barrido, trapeado, limpieza de polvo, aspirado, champú, decapado, encerado y pulido (stripping & waxing).

Equipos Que Se Deben Manejar

• Lado a lado
• Máquina de stripping/waxing
• Máquina de buffer/scrubber
• Máquina de limpieza de alfombras

Requisitos Mínimos

• Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras.
• Puntualidad, responsabilidad e independencia.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en limpieza y mantenimiento comercial.
• Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.

Now Hiring:
Floor and Carpet Cleaning Staff!

Schedule: Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, starting at 6:00 PM

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $17 to $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operating, controlling, and maintaining carpet cleaning equipment, vacuums, and polishers.
• Shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, and furniture cushions in resort units as needed and according to the maintenance plan.
• Moving and replacing furniture to meet floor/carpet cleaning requirements.
• Maintaining floors through sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.

Equipment To Operate

• Side‑by‑side machines
• Stripping/Waxing machines
• Buffer/Scrubber machines
• Carpet cleaning machines

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
