Property Summary Village Walk blends resort-style homes with a unique neighborhood design in Central Florida. A Town Center is connected by bridges and canals leading to walking trails, pools, parks, and sports courts. Indoor amenities include a fitness center with 24-hour access, a library, a card room, and exclusive access to an events ballroom. Outdoor amenities include a heated lap pool, heated resort pool, six clay tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and miles of paths and trails.

• Perform general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities under the direction of the General Manager, including routine and preventative facilities maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, attractive, clean, and efficient facilities.
• Perform related work as directed by management, including facility cleaning, minor maintenance and repairs on facilities, structures, equipment, sidewalks, and drainage.
• Operate a variety of light equipment and machinery as needed (e.g., automobile, pickup truck, utility vehicle).
• Utilize manual, gas, and electric hand tools (e.g., hammer, shovel, rake, screwdrivers, wrenches, digging bars, chainsaw, chemical sprayer, leaf blowers).
• Work in conditions that may include extreme heat or cold, fumes, or chemicals; adapt to a range of physically demanding tasks.
• Respond to emergencies to confine, resolve, or prevent hazards (e.g., fallen debris, spills, broken windows/locks).
• Organize and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Assist with lifestyle and social events, including setup and takedown of equipment, cleaning up after events, and other assigned tasks.

• Strong organizational skills, efficiency, self-motivation, attention to detail, and good judgment; ability to communicate with managers, residents, and peers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and also independently, with a solution-oriented, professional appearance; prior experience in a related maintenance field with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance required.
• Experience in a maintenance role involving electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is preferred.
