The Field Representative at Safeguard Properties will inspect assigned vacant properties in Orlando to ensure exterior upkeep and turf quality, completing maintenance and grass work as required.
You will troubleshoot basic property issues, oversee lawn maintenance, and report field data to Vendor Account Managers. Weekly status reports will be prepared, and timely communication is essential; bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, with the ability to lift 65 lbs.
