Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) is a family-owned commercial cleaning company serving businesses throughout Central Florida.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to maintain several small commercial accounts in the East Orlando area.
All accounts are conveniently located on the same street, allowing you to work at multiple locations without traveling across town.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a consistent weekday cleaning schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine commercial cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and common areas.
- Remove trash and replace liners.
- Maintain consistent cleaning standards across assigned accounts.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning duties at each location.
- Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, or service issues to management.
- Follow ECS cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned work area.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting supplies with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and follow instructions.
