Under the regular supervision of the General Manager, the Onsite Janitorial/Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall presentation of the Association’s common areas, building, and grounds.

The position performs general janitorial, cleaning, groundskeeping, and light maintenance duties to ensure the property remains clean, safe, orderly, and attractive for residents, guests, vendors, and staff.

• Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairways, restrooms, gym, clubroom, pool area, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean windows, walls, doors, and other common-area surfaces as needed.
• Empty and replace trash bags throughout common areas and maintain dumpster areas.
• Clean, disinfect, and properly maintain high-touch surfaces using appropriate…
