Real Manage Elevated Onsite in Florida is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to maintain common areas in Indian Lake Estates. You will perform trash removal, cleaning, painting, minor repairs, weed and irrigation work, and upkeep of walkways, signage, and exterior structures.
This full-time, on-site role requires experience with mowing, tractor operations, plumbing, light carpentry, and janitorial tasks; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
