Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a Maintenance Tech 1 to join the Facilities Maintenance team in Orlando.
The role covers routine and emergency repairs across a multi-theater venue, with a focus on safety and quality in building upkeep. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as required.
