Rolling Suds of Orlando is looking for a highly experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Senior Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.

This is a senior-level, hands-on position for an experienced professional who understands exterior cleaning, knows how to operate equipment safely and effectively, and can confidently complete jobs with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, exercises good judgment in the field, and understands the importance of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Professional window cleaning experience is a plus.

• Independently perform professional pressure washing and soft washing services at commercial and residential properties
• Operate, troubleshoot, and properly maintain pressure washing equipment, surface cleaners, chemical application systems, and related tools
• Properly select and apply cleaning solutions to remove dirt, algae, mildew, and other contaminants from exterior surfaces
• Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, concrete, and other exterior surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods
• Perform professional window cleaning and other exterior cleaning services as needed
  
  Understand and apply appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces, materials, and site conditions
• Follow established cleaning procedures, job checklists, and safety protocols
• Identify and document existing property damage, sensitive surfaces, and site-specific concerns before and during service
• Photograph job conditions and completed work as required
• Complete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly functioning equipment and company vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, team members, and other site personnel
• Set a positive example for other technicians through strong work habits, professionalism, and attention to safety

• Significant hands-on experience in professional pressure washing or exterior cleaning required
• Strong working knowledge of pressure washing, soft washing, chemical application, and professional cleaning equipment
• Ability to independently complete jobs and make sound decisions regarding cleaning methods, equipment, and site conditions
• Professional window cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with commercial properties and larger-scale exterior cleaning projects is a plus
• Ability to recognize surface types, select appropriate cleaning methods, and avoid property damage
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights, including roofs when required
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift or carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and capable of working independently
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
