Segrera Associates is actively recruiting for an Audit Manager on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing advisory firm in the Orlando, FL market.

This high‑impact leadership role is within a robust Audit & Assurance practice, offering direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse client base.

This role is ideal for candidates who bring deep assurance experience, strong technical expertise, and a passion for developing and leading teams. Successful candidates will combine audit leadership, client advisory capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a collaborative, people‑focused environment.

Location: Orlando, FL. Candidates must be located in Central Florida and on‑site presence is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage significant and complex audit engagements from planning through completion.
  • Build strong internal relationships to promote teamwork, collaboration, and a people‑first culture.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and effectively present audit findings to client leadership.
  • Research and resolve technical audit and accounting issues.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop associates, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at strengthening operations, processes, and client delivery.
  • Participate in business development activities and assist in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Support firm and community initiatives that reinforce the organization’s values and client‑centric mission.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant Audit/Assurance experience in public accounting or industry.
  • Active CPA license preferred.
  • Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to lead complex audit engagements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement focus, and innovative thinking.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to delivering quality work.
